Telephone Answering

FirstPoint will take the worry of answering calls away from you, so that you can concentrate on your core business.
Your calls will be handled by our personnel who are highly trained in giving excellent customer care, and who will, depending on your requirements, act as an extension of your company, understand your business, develop a rapport with your customers and make sure that every contact counts.

All your calls will be answered in the name of your company and with the salutation of your choice. We always try to pick up your call within three rings, and typically get to it after one ring only – and most importantly, during our normal working hours, there’s always a human at the end of the line – never an answer machine.
FirstPoint will pass on your messages whenever it’s convenient for you. Typically as they come in – or at the end of the day - or both! - Whichever suits you best?
We can send you your Messages in a variety of ways: E-Mail, Fax or SMS in any combination you require.

Those important “not to be missed calls” can be transferred seamlessly to you, thereby enhancing the customer’s experience of your Company.

Call Diversion

Connecting your calls to FirstPoint couldn't be easier. You simply subscribe to your Network provider’s (e.g. BT) call diversion service then divert your calls to a designated telephone number given to you by FirstPoint, and we will do the rest.

Dedicated Number

As an alternative to “call diversion” FirstPoint can provide you with one of our dedicated local “0151” numbers for use on your Website, Marketing Literature or Advertising Campaigns etc.

If you prefer a more National feel - we can provide you with 0800 or 0845 numbers, or arrange to have your own 0800 or 0845 number terminate at FirstPoint.

Any contact with your customers is critical, particularly if that customer requires assistance or is making a complaint. We offer a tailored Care Line service, the backbone of which relies on the old adage "The Customer is King".

Temporary Telephone Answering

Don’t feel you need to subscribe to a permanent Telephone Answering package – if you have a staff shortage due to sickness or vacation, or maybe you’re on the Road for a day or two - we can fill the gap with our Temporary Telephone Answering Service at a very reasonable daily or weekly rate – please see Pricing for Information.

Order taking

We currently take Telephone based orders for a number of our Clients. Details of the order number, make, model, size, quantity, etc… are all taken by our Agents and passed back to our Client’s via email - or dedicated order form – or by direct entry onto their website. End of day reports can be individually tailored to provide a summary of all orders for the day – and exclude all “other” messages taken.

This service frees up our Client’s time in the office by reducing “dead” phone time and providing an organised and structured order platform.
For Simple ordering systems – the price is included in any of our standard packages. More complex systems will be judged and priced on an individual basis.

Help Desk and Support

As the first point of contact our Help Desk and Support agents provide a buffer between your valuable technical staff and the countless time consuming enquiries received each day. Our agents can be trained to provide detailed support - first line support - or simply take a message and email the details back to the relevant support staff.

For Simple help desk and support systems – the price is included in any of our standard packages. More complex systems will be judged and priced on an individual basis.
