Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Customer satisfaction is essential to the survival of our businesses.

Most companies say they believe in giving great customer service, but few set up a system to insure that they provide it. Delivering great service requires an understanding of exactly what your customers want and, most importantly, an understanding of how they perceive you and your products or services.

How do you find out whether your customers are satisfied?
The best way to find out whether your customers are satisfied - is to ask them!

And the most effective way to ask them is, undoubtedly, by Phone.

75% Success
The power of the phone over emailed, faxed or posted surveys is demonstrated by our successes. We regularly achieve a 75% response to our calls – which is an exceptionally high hit rate compared against the alternatives.

We offer a complete, bespoke, Customer Satisfaction Survey service.

Using either our In-house solution or your own web-based questionnaires we will contact your customers and complete the survey, or arrange to callback at a more convenient day or time to complete it then.

Reports
All results are returned to you on a daily or weekly basis, as required

“Exceptions”
Being able to handle Exceptions - those unfortunate and rare complaints - is the hallmark of excellent Customer Service. Our agents are trained to politely and tactfully handle complaining customers. They take all the necessary details and email, SMS or fax the appropriate contact at your company for an immediate response. For those customers wishing to speak to someone - their call can be seamlessly transferred.

Why Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys?

“Many enterprises fail to recognize that they have an issue with data quality. They focus only on identifying, extracting and loading data to the data warehouse, but do not take the time to assess its quality.
Consistency and accuracy of data is critical to Business success"

Brochure Drop and Follow

One of the most successful types of Outbound Campaigns regularly used at FirstPoint is the “Brochure Drop and Follow”.

Here we use a three-pronged campaign using a “softly-softly”, relationship-building approach, rather than a hard cold sell. This has the added advantage of saves our client the cost of sending out reams of unwanted, expensive material.

1) After the contact has been checked against the TPS or CTPS, the first call is made to simply ascertain if they would be interested in receiving a brochure or other information on the product or service in mind.

Our tone is always friendly and chatty, attempting to win-over the contact. We adopt an “I don’t want to send you this information – if you’re not interested” approach to the call.

2) The Information is posted to the interested parties, either by FirstPoint or our client.

3) A suitable period of time after posting (normally 3 to 5 days) a Follow Up call is made to the contact, again friendly, “phoning to check you received the brochure – and did you see anything of interest”.
